The Swim Kitten Commitment

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. With the exception of reduced-price clearance merchandise, no sale is final. There are no special catches or exceptions to this policy for regularly priced items, and all clearance merchandise is clearly marked as such. All we ask is that you send your regularly-priced items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition and in the original box and/or packaging. Any garment bearing a hygienic liner needs to be returned with the hygienic liner still in place.

Refunds for regularly-priced merchandise returned within ninety days of the purchase date will be credited 100% of the merchandise purchase price in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds and credits will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Because we do not store credit card or other payment data, exchanges are handled on an individual basis. If the replacement item is of the same value as the returned item, we will waive the shipping costs for delivery of the 2nd item. If the replacement item is of a greater value than the returned item, we will need to manually collect this price difference.

Refunds for merchandise returned more than ninety days after the purchase date will be credited 100% of the purchase price in the form of store credit.

How To Submit a Return

Please fill out the Return Authorization Form completely and enclose the email confirmation you will receive upon submission with the item(s) you are returning.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.

Please send your package, including a copy of this completed return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
