  1. Q: What shipping options do you offer and how much do they cost?

    A: We offer the following shipping options:

    1. Standard shipping: $12 via USPS - Delivery within 10 business days during the off-season, and within 15 business days during the high season (May - August). Please see daily order cutoff time and tracking your order.
    2. Priority shipping: $23 via FedEx - Delivery within 3-4 business days during the off-season, and within 3-5 business days during the high season (May - August). Our manufacturing department has experienced an unprecedented spike in demand and is temporarily requiring 5-6 business days for priority delivery. Please see daily order cutoff time and tracking your order.
    3. Express shipping: $36 via FedEx - Next business day delivery during the off-season, and within 1-2 business days during the high season (May - August). Our manufacturing department has experienced an unprecedented spike in demand and is temporarily requiring 4-5 business days for express delivery. Please see daily order cutoff time and tracking your order.
    4. Overnight shipping: $49 via FedEx - Delivery in 1 business day. Our manufacturing department has experienced an unprecedented spike in demand and is temporarily requiring 1-3 business days for 'overnight' delivery. Please see daily order cutoff time and tracking your order.
    5. Overnight Saturday Delivery: $59 via FedEx - Overnight Saturday delivery. Please see daily order cutoff time and tracking your order.

  1. Q: How can I track my order?

    A: If you created an account during checkout, you may view your order status or submit a help ticket from your Account Dashboard. If you did not create an account during checkout, please submit a help ticket directly through ZenDesk.

    *Please note: Inquiries are processed in the order they are received. Though we strive to provide efficiently friendly service, please allow up to 48 hours for a phone or email response. Unless you are experiencing extenuating circumstances, submitting a help ticket is likely the best option.   1. Q: Is there a daily cutoff time for express and rush delivery?

    A: Yes. Please submit express and/or rush orders by 11 AM PST for same-day processing. Orders are processed Monday - Friday only.

  1. Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

    A: Yes, we're happy to ship to international addresses.


    1. Standard international shipping: $20+ via USPS First Class International Mail - Delivery times vary anywhere from 12-25 business days due to customs requirements we may not be able to control. Unfortunately, no tracking numbers are available with this method.
    2. Priority international shipping: $42 via FedEx Priority International - Delivery within 5-10 business is typical. Tracking is available on these orders.

    Please be aware that your cost of shipping outside of the United States can vary. US Shipping rates do not apply to international orders. Additional fees may be required to cover taxes and import fees imposed by other countries. Customers are responsible for any and all additional charges that may apply.
